Our qualified intern therapists work with clients one-on-one, and in group settings, to support clients in their journey to healing. Interns are under the supervision of a licensed professional clinical counselor, as they continue to pursue a master's level education in counseling and related fields.
Our associate therapists work with clients one-on-one, and in group settings, to support clients in their journey to healing. Associate therapist have finished their schooling and are under the supervision of a licensed professional clinical counselor, as they accrue hours towards licensure
Janet is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who offers bilingual services in both English and Spanish. She incorporates cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, strength-based, relational, family systems, trauma-informed, and mindfulness practices. Her experience includes supporting adults in residential facilities for eating disorders, helping domestic violence survivors gain safety and confidence, and serving as a bridge for the Spanish-speaking community to access mental health services and break generational cycles.
Our group therapy leaders are licensed therapist that work in group settings to support clients on their journey to healing. Group Leaders do not meet with clients on an individual basis, but work primarily through leading groups. If you are interested in working with one of our group therapy leaders, look for available groups at your site.
Tuesdays: 1pm - 2pm
Thursdays: 1pm - 1:30pm
Fridays: 12pm - 1pm
